Investigate the smoke detector on the ceiling
You pull out a crowbar you seem to be carrying and start to pry off the smoke detector on the ceiling. It starts beeping loudly and a little light marked "Tamper" lights up.
The smoke detector opens up to reveal an evil looking short-barreled minigun on an arm. It aims at you and reduces you to a pile of your constituent organs.
Eeew.
